1/4cupNeutral oilRefinded coconut or grapeseed work well
1cupWhole fat greek yogurt
Instructions
Mix together flours
Cut in butter and oil with fork or pastry cutter
Mix in yogurt until dough comes together
Add a small amount of cold water if needed
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill
Notes
Note: This will not look like normal pie crust dough, it will be much softer, like fluffy play dough. That is what it is supposed to be like. Also, there will be a 10 minute period when cooking the pie that everything will smell like hot yogurt. Do not worry, your pie crust will not taste like that.
